Third parties include third-party service providers (including contractors and designated agents) and professional advisers. The following activities are carried out by such third-party service providers: recruitment assistance, background check processing and similar services. WGC may transfer information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).\n\nWGC may also be required to share some of your Personal Data as required to comply with applicable laws, or as permitted by law or to protect or defend its rights and interests or those of others."
