"This Appendix 2 applies to individuals located in Japan and supplements the Privacy Notice. In the event of any inconsistency, this Appendix 2 shall prevail to the extent required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No.57 of 2003, as amended, “APPI”)."
