"The provisions of this section apply in addition to the provisions of the Privacy Notice. We will not transfer personal data to a country or territory outside Singapore except in accordance with the requirements prescribed under the PDPA i.e., we will ensure that a standard of protection comparable to the protection under the PDPA is provided to the transferred personal data."
