I hope you're ready to stargaze because this Saturday will be your best chance to see one of the rarest space events of the year. A planetary alignment of six planets in our skies and if you miss this one you won't see another major alignment until 2040. This planetary parade will feature Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune all lined up across our sky because we are all on this side of the sun together. Only Mars and baby Pluto are going to be left out. So here's what you're gonna do. Wherever you are in the world, go outside to be left out. So here's what you're going to do. Wherever you are in the world about 30 minutes after sunset and look to the west. You'll find Mercury, Venus and Saturn all grouped together near the horizon. Jupiter high overhead and finally Uranus and Neptune further down here. You'll need some binoculars to see them clearly. This alignment is pretty rare and it actually happens because all of the planets in the solar system orbit in a flat plane like this. They actually aren't lined up in their orbits, just in our sky from here on. Earth. And alignment with more than five planets won't happen again until September 8th, 2040, so you really don't want to miss this one. If you love space events like this, then make sure you drop a follow.
