Lateral wall leads IAVVLV five and V-IX look at the lateral side of the heart, so if something abnormal happens in the lateral wall, these leads are, whereas you'll see the changes. Anterior wolf leads V-ONE to V-OUR observe the anterior surface of the heart, but they're not all identical. V-three and VOOR focus more on the anterior wall of the left ventricle. Vote and V two focus more on the interventricular septum, inferior wall leads 2, three and AVF look upward from below and reflect activity in the inferior wall of the heart. And finally we have lead AVR which provides a unique view of the medial aspect of the heart or more specifically, it closely monitors the right ventricle.
