I enjoy the cardiac population because the majority of these kids come back frequently in the first couple years of their life and I think it's really cool that we get to see them grow and prosper in life. I think seeing familiar faces creates routine for them and where many of them haven't been out of this hospital in months, it's important to create structure in their days.
