Genuinely good people have these five traits. And according to psychology, they're rarer than most people think. First, they enjoy their own company. They're comfortable with who they are when no one's around to watch. Solitude feels soft and honest to them. Not lonely or uncomfortable. Their value doesn't shift based on whether anyone else is in the room. Second, they overthink everything. Life, people, mistakes, heartbreak, their mind never stops. But they didn't turn bitter. They chose silence over revenge, kept their heart open when closing. It would have been completely reasonable and stayed kind when unkindness was more than justified.
