So something like pastas easy. Take a whole grain, you know, macaroni with a creamy sauce made out of dried cheap porinis and Hamas and garb powder, onion powder, dried Barnsley to some beans, some steam greens on there, or maybe some pesto with arugula and kale and walnuts and garlic or yellow tortillas. I throw in the air fryer and to toast them up and dip them in from a kind of mei mush of, you know, it was mashed beans and sal, and if I haven't fresh cilantro or avocado more steam grains, maybe something more kind of Asian. Inspired with, you know, the groats that I've made for the week, which is the bros barley gros briros, oak goats and lentils. With some, you know, air frayed broccoli on top with some, you know, sweet spicy savory sauce. Something like that.
