This is NumPy, this is Pandas. What's the difference? NumPy is a numerical computing library used for fast operations on arrays and numerical data. For example, it can be used to calculate the average of 1 million numbers in an array. While Pandas is a data analysis library, it is used to clean, transform and analyze structured tabular data. For example, it can be used to load a CSV of customer orders and find the top selling product. This is Scikit-Learn, this is PyTorch. What's the difference? Scikit-Learn is a machine learning library used for traditional ML tasks such as classification, regress... regression, clustering, and preprocessing. For example, you can use it to train a model to predict whether a customer will buy a product or not. PyTorch, on the other hand, is a deep learning framework which is used to build and train neural network for complex AI tasks. For example, you can use it to train a neural network to classify images and generate text. This is Matplotlib. This is Seaborn. What's the difference? Matplotlib is a general-purpose visualization library used to create and customize charts and plots. For example, Seaborn on the other hand is a statistical visualization library. It is built on top of Matplotlib and it makes data focused charts easier to create. For example, you can use it to create a heat map showing correlation between 20 different features. This is Request, this is HTTPX. What's the difference? Request is a simple HTTP library used to make synchronous API calls where your program waits to get a response before moving to another request. For example, you call the weather API and wait for the forecast before continuing. HTTPX on the other hand is a modern HTTP client So your program can handle multiple API calls without waiting for each request to finish. For example, call 100 APIs concurrently and process responses as they arrive. This is PyTorch, this is TensorFlow. What's the difference? PyTorch is a deep learning framework used to build, train and experiment neural networks, especially in research and modern AI developments. For example, it can be used to train a large language model on GPUs. TensorFlow, on the other hand, is a machine learning framework used to build, train and deploy models across servers, mobile and edge devices. use it to train an image classification model and deploy it to a mobile this is flask this is fast api what's the difference plus is a lightweight web framework used to build web applications and apis with minimal built-in structure for example you can use it to build a rest api for your personal project fast api on the other hand is a modern python api framework with type validation and automatic api documentation it is designed for high performance apis for example you can build an api that serves predictions from your ml model this is photo3 this is google cloud python sdk what's the difference. Botu3 is the Python SDK for AWS, used to automate AWS resources using Python code. For example, you can use Python code to upload an image to S3 or create an EC2 instance, while the Google Cloud Python SDK libraries let you automate creation and management of GCP services directly using Python code. For example, you can write a Python code with the library to upload files on GCS or run a query on BigQuery.
