Explaining programming means to non-programmers. Part 2. So as a programmer, you built this simple design to feed your cats. This ball is for cat number one, this one's for cat number two, and this one's for cat number three. This design is so intuitive and very simple, right? And here are your users. They're not using this correctly by design. Like cat number one is eating from number two, cat number three is eating from number one, and cat number two is eating from bone number three. As a programmer, you'd expect the users to use things as intended, but in real life, everybody does things differently. So that's why it's very important to test your software and actually watch how your users use your product or else you'll end up in a situation like this.
