Okay, this is probably the creepiest thing chat GPT can do on a Mac, but I also think it might be incredibly useful and I am about to show you why. So there's a feature called computer history and it can use activities from your apps and websites you choose. So chat GPT has contacts about what you were actually working on. So yesterday I was jumping between a presentation, research, Slack and also a document. And today I can ask, what was the last Google Doc I was working on yesterday? And instead of trying to remember everything myself, chat GPT can now use that history to help me pick up from where I left off. But here's where it gets even more interesting. It can spot patterns in how you work and help turn repeated workflows into skills or even automations. So yes, it might actually be a little bit creepy, but if I am choosing what it can see and it's helping me pick up work without starting from zero every time, I can actually see the appeal. And if you want to see how I would actually use this in my workday, comment history and I'll show you.
