Pointers are variables that store the memory address of another variable. Because they are called pointers, they point to that variable. To create a pointer, it should have the same type of the variable it's pointing at. Also, we need to add this asterisk sign after the type. Now we will assign the address of num1 inside the pointer. We could print the address of num1 by using the pointer. And by dereferencing the pointer, we can print the value. Also, a pointer can have a pointer that points at it, because pointers are also variables that have memory addresses. And you can have as much pointers pointing to other pointers. Check this video out for a detailed video about pointers.
