Real estate in Alberta is, I think it's fantastic. I think it's a good market right now. What's happening at the moment is I find that a lot of our clients are moving from British Columbia, from Ontario to Calgary. Calgary is a very affordable market right now and we've got the mountains and the views are great. It's a great place to raise a family. So I think, like I said, it's a growing market and I'm very excited to be a part of that.
