Bifalgorithm post

This is a day in my life as an intern data scientist at Tencent. I reached my office around 11am because our timings are flexible and we can just come in whenever we want. I usually start my day with an iced matcha or iced coffee. I had a good two hour focus session and by the way this is my pet koala, his name is Joey. And then around 1pm I went out for lunch with my colleagues and we had some Chinese food. We came back around 2 o'clock and then we had a play test session. So we were testing a feature that we've developed for a video game. I took a quick break and then I went back to my own project. I always work with the timer and I pause it whenever I take a break. And no, I'm not being micromanaged and I don't have to report my hours to anyone. But I just do so that I can measure my own efficiency and productivity and I've been doing this since I was a student. And then this is the view from my office at night. I finished my day with around 6 hours of work done and then at 9 I packed my stuff and went home.
