Hi friends, this is how I harvest lettuce. For most lettuce varieties, just harvest the outer leaves from the bottom and the plant will continue to produce more growth from the center. Most varieties of lettuce will go for a long time like 3 to 4 months. So harvesting this way will help the plant produce more and more lettuce. The variety that I am showing here is Paris Island Coarse Lettters. This is a Romain variety and I am growing in Aero Godin Horvests.
