Here's five things that should never be planted together. There's drama in the garden. Oh, yeah, tons of drama, llama. But that's an alpaca, right? You better watch it. I fired my last crew for questioning me. Tomatoes and potatoes are in the same family, so they can share diseases like college kids, share Netflix passwords. So by planting them together, you're basically creating a fun goal free for all. Cauliflower and cucumbers are both heavy feeders. So if you plant them together, they're gonna be fighting over nutrients like two toddlers over a juice box. You know what else doesn't go with carrots or peppers for that matter? It's beans. Beans! No, beans. Peas and beans will stunt the growth of carrots and peppers, kind of like a roommate who eats all your groceries but doesn't pay his rent. Right next to my beans I've got corn, which is no bueno with tomato. They compete for everything, sunlight, nutrients, and even pests. You should follow me for more fun facts about gardening.
