This is one month growth of lettuce on an aeroponic tower, allowing us to harvest 52 lettuces per square meter while using less water compared to traditional farming. It then takes 6 weeks of growth until your dill is ready for harvest, making this method of dill farming the highest yielding way of growing dill. And this is also 6 weeks of growth of 40 cucumber plants on 4 aeroponic towers, allowing us to grow 9 times more cucumber plants in the same amount of space compared to traditional farming. Afterwards, we have basil, which takes five weeks of growth. This aromatic herb is easy to grow and you can get 12 kilos of basil on a single tower. Next up, we have four weeks growth of Kangkong, also known as water spinach. This semi-aquatic leafy green is one of the fastest growing plants on the towers. And here we have 5 weeks growth of buck joy. This leafy veggie either comes as a large white stem variety or a smaller green stem variety. We then have 70 days of growth of broccoli where we can get up to 14 heads of broccoli on a single tower making this method an ideal way for high density broccoli production. Next in line is eggplant which takes 60 days to reach maturity and we can get 14 eggplants as a first harvest and two weeks later we can get 72 more eggplants as a second harvest.
