Here's a recap of all the crops we grew in our vertical farm using aeroponic towers over the last six months. Starting with green onions, although it takes three months from seed to harvest, we were still able to grow 264 green onions on a single tower. We cultivated different types of cabbages including our favorite variety known as Farrow Cabbage, allowing us to get up to 14 cabbages on one tower. We grew full towers of broccoli and despite their lengthy four months to reach maturity, we were able to get 13 broccolis on one aeroponic tower. We focused on mastering cauliflower cultivation where we grew purple cauliflower that are purple due to an antioxidant known as anthocyanins, orange cauliflower that are orange due to the high levels of beta carotene, green cauliflower that are green due to the increased presence of chlorophyll and the classic white cauliflower. Then there's Romanesco, which has massive leaves and the vegetable has a very mesmerizing fractal spiral pattern. We're always growing green colrabi as well as purple colrabi, where you can get up to 44 colrabi per tower. We grow white buck choy as well as green buck choy. We always have full towers of arugula, mizuna, mustard greens, comatsuna, kale, and all types of lettuce ranging from Lola lettuce to Oak leaf lettuce and from Romaine lettuce to Batavia lettuce. Curly parsley and cilantro thrive in abundance in our farm where we can get up to 52 parsley plants per tower. We also grow stalk flowers that can really handle the colder months and produce vibrant sweet smelling flowerselling flowers that are edible, and in our opinion, they are the best-tasting edible flowers out there.
