More hydroponic root poles with show and tell of the indoor garden. This white strawberry shoots out hundreds of berries that taste like cotton candy and fund it. Here we have a four month old arugula. Most people full harvest arugula in 40 days, but indoors I let mine live as long as it possibly can. We constantly harvest from it. Here we have our Brussels sprout. The entire plant is edible, so we eat the leaves in a salad while we wait for it to make the Brussels. This one has very impressive roots. This is our red acre cabbage. The leaves are edible, so we have them in a salad as well while we wait for it to make its head a cabbage. Here's our four month old basil. In memory of the two year old basil, I grew this one from its seed. It's tied to the wall so it's hard to lift up but the roots look absolutely amazing. Here we have one of the two gourmet lettuces. I let this one flower. I don't really graze or harvest from this one too much because the other one has been more than enough. I wish I could show you these 10 week old tomato roots because just one of these plants can have hundreds of tomatoes on them. I did do a root pole on my over 2 year old tomato but this one's just to demonstrate that I can get them to live that long. Here's one of the 20 week old strawberry plants. We get about a half a pound from these every couple days. On my YouTube Ditch to Flock I teach everything from start to finish. Follow for more plant videos.
