We have a processing unit where we process the fish and sell it in our retail store. So at the Cook Shandy we will be probably giving you some thoughts on how to set up a hydroponic farm, how to grow exotic lettuce and greens like this, how to set up a intensive strawberry farm and by December hopefully we will have good strawberry production happening. So if you can visit us, you can click, pluck your strawberries, have a farm fresh, meal with us and enjoy the experience. Hope to see you all at the Shandy.
