Forget 5G, 6G will kill personal privacy. Researchers from Nokia Bell Labs are turning Wi-Fi and early 6G into X-ray-like radar that can map your body position, heartbeat, and movement through concrete walls. They're using your phone sensors, smart speakers, and computers to track all your internal movements even inside your home. There's already an open source tool called RuvView on GitHub that can turn your router into one of these radars right now. It's coming fast, and if you don't act, you'll be opted in by default. But here's how you can opt out of this invasive surveillance on your iPhone. Go to Settings, Privacy, and Security. Scroll through each category, microphone, motion and fitness, location, revoke permissions for every app that doesn't need them. Then go to Settings, Privacy and Security, Tracking, Toggle Off, Allow Apps to Request to Track. That kills cross-app data sharing. But this still leaves you exposed. Your device leaks fingerprints through Bluetooth handshakes, cellular pings and passive Wi-Fi probes that anchor your data right back to you. And don't sleep on low ultrasound tracking. Cross-defy systems already use inaudible audio frequencies to pinpoint your location with zero network dependency. That's why the Zero Trace phone exists. Go to any app on your ZTE phone, long press the icon, hit the info button, then go to permission. Right there you can're blocking the specific MMWave bands. Nokia is building this 6G surveillance tech on. This isn't theory anymore. Nokia is already demoing multi-nodes sensing where the entire 6G grid stitches together into a searchable digital twin of the world, logged forever. We're already at the cusp of what's coming and the zero trace phone was built for it. While everyone else reacts, you're already protected.
