ASCO 2026: Lung Cancer Treatment Options, New Studies - Cancer Therapy Advisor / ROSETTA Lung-02: Pumitamig
"The different doses were associated with “similar and manageable” safety signals, and only 1 of 9 hemorrhage TEAEs was grade 3 or higher, Dr Peters said.\n\nAny-grade treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) occurred in 40 patients (93%) overall, and grade 3 or higher TRAEs were reported in 21 patients (48.8%). Three patients (13.6%) with nonsquamous NSCLC and 5 patients (23.8%) with squamous-cell NSCLC experienced TRAEs leading to discontinuation, of which 1 (4.5%) and 3 (14.3%), respectively, were deemed pumitamig-related. One patient with squamous NSCLC died, and the death was deemed associated with pumitamig.\n\nImmune-related TEAEs were seen in 16 patients (37.2%) overall. VEGF-related TEAEs were seen in 24 patients (55.8%), though only 2 cases (4.7%) were grade 3 or higher."
