Factors associated with persistent post-COVID-19 condition and functional limitation four years after SARS-CoV-2 infection | Scientific Reports / Initial survey (phase I)
"The initial survey was conducted between July 15 and August 15, 2021. Participants were required to enter a unique personal identification code at the start of the survey. These codes enabled (1) anonymous data analysis, (2) verification that only individuals with documented SARS-CoV-2 infection participated in the survey, and (3) detection of duplicate entries before analysis."
