"In 1975, the five leading causes of death were heart disease, cancer, stroke, unintentional injuries, and influenza and pneumonia. In 2015, they were heart disease, cancer, chronic lower respiratory diseases, unintentional injuries, and stroke. Heart disease and cancer remained the two leading causes throughout the period."
