Factors associated with persistent post-COVID-19 condition and functional limitation four years after SARS-CoV-2 infection | Scientific Reports / Introduction

"To address these gaps, we conducted a longitudinal cohort study combining retrospective assessment of acute-phase symptoms with prospective follow-up for up to four years. In this exploratory study, we aimed to identify clinical and demographic characteristics associated with PCC, factors associated with persistent PCC over time, and the relationship between persistent symptoms and functional limitation measured using the Post-COVID Functional Status (PCFS) scale12."
