People may find it difficult to relax or concentrate and may experience fatigue, headaches, muscle tension, irritability, sleep difficulties, nausea, dizziness, or rapid heartbeat. Medication and cognitive-behavioral therapy are common treatments, and co-occurring conditions must also be addressed."
